Return & Refund

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order arrived , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 15 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation

All products ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, but orders canceled after that are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. We suggest sending order cancellations via email rather than social private chat, thanks for your cooperation.

      The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

      1. If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.
      2. Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
      3. undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned.
      4. Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc cannot be returned.
      5. Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair accessories, with attached hair cannot be returned.
      6. Unauthorized refusal packages including returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.
      7. Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
      8. Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.

        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

        1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
        2. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

          The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 15 days of receipt)

          1. It arrived wrong item/color.
          2. It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
          3. If we make it in the wrong size.
          4. It arrived with missing parts.

            Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange and get refund.

            1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.(You can have a try，but please keep the costume clean and complete ）
            2. First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
            3. Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.

            4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

            5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
            6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
            7. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
            8. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
            9. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

              IMPORTANT:

              1. Please allow 1 inch differs due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
              2. Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.
              3. If you don't know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.
              4. As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
