Shipping and Delivery

Total Delivery Date is based on the time it will take to tailor your costumes/made to order + the time is taken for the finished item to be shipped to you.

Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (3-25 days) + Shipping Date (4-20 days)

Note: Customized products require production time. The total time limit is: production time + stocking time + transportation time

The shipping time of FREESHIPPING is 20-50 working days, and it will not take effect if you choose other methods, such as DHL logistics and express logistics.

Processing Time

Each of our items is made to order, which will take a processing time, for the costumes, whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our costumes are personally tailored for you from scratch. Generally speaking, the processing time will take 3-25 days.
